I am a medical doctor, with an MSc in Digital Health, and a PhD candidate researching multimodal machine learning for predicting mortality and heart failure hospitalisation in patients with tricuspid regurgitation following transcatheter tricuspid valve intervention – a mouthful that essentially means: I build prediction models for one of cardiology’s most neglected conditions, using every data source available simultaneously.
My research sits at the crossroads of structural heart disease, wearable biosignals, and clinical imaging. Cardiac Cipher exists because the gap between what these algorithms can do and what most clinicians know about them is enormous – and few are trying to close it in plain language.
